1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SimplePeek you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SimplePeek is a website builder that lets you create, customize, and publish business websites on simplepeek.com subdomains. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use SimplePeek.
  • One person or business per account unless otherwise agreed.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to SimplePeek. By publishing a site you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

  • Illegal activity of any kind.
  • Spam, phishing, or distributing malware.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Automated scraping or abuse of our APIs.
  • Impersonating another person or business.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your site remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your published sites will be taken offline and your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

SimplePeek is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SimplePeek after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
