Refund Policy

Last updated: April 28, 2026

1. Summary

We want you to feel good about what you pay us. SimplePeek subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, and domain registration fees are never refundable, but we review billing errors and edge cases on request. The details below explain how each kind of charge works.

2. Subscriptions

SimplePeek subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan you chose. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard or by contacting support. When you cancel, your site stays live and editable through the end of the current billing period, then access ends.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period you have already paid for. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access for the rest of that month. If you cancel mid-year on an annual plan, you keep access for the rest of that year.

If a charge was made in error, if you were billed after canceling, or if you experienced a service outage that prevented you from using SimplePeek for a meaningful period, email us at support@simplepeek.com and we will review your account and respond within five business days.

3. Free Trial

New SimplePeek accounts include a 14-day free trial. You can build, edit, and publish your site for the full 14 days at no cost. Your card is not charged until day 15.

If you cancel before the end of the 14-day trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before day 15, your selected plan begins and your card is charged the standard plan rate. That first charge follows the normal subscription rules in section 2.

4. Domain Registrations

Domain registrations purchased through SimplePeek are non-refundable once the domain has been registered on your behalf. The registration fee is paid out to the domain registry and the registrar, and we cannot recover those funds after the registration is complete.

You can disable auto-renew at any time from the Domains page in your dashboard. When you do, the domain stays active through the end of the year you already paid for, then expires. We do not refund the unused portion of a domain registration year.

If a domain registration fails for technical reasons before it is finalized, the charge is reversed automatically.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe SimplePeek charged you incorrectly, contact support@simplepeek.com within 60 days of the charge. Include your account email and the transaction date or receipt number. We will investigate and, if we find an error, issue a correction or refund to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us costs us a non-recoverable dispute fee and can result in your account being suspended pending review. We almost always resolve issues faster than the bank dispute process.
