5. Enforcement
We review reports and may also investigate on our own initiative. Depending on the severity and history, we may take any of the following actions without prior notice:
- Remove or hide specific content.
- Unpublish a site while we investigate.
- Suspend an account, including read-only access to the dashboard.
- Terminate an account and delete its content.
- Cancel or refuse to renew a connected domain registration.
- Refer the activity to law enforcement when required by law or when there is a credible threat of harm.
We do not guarantee a refund for fees paid in advance when an account is terminated for a violation of this policy.

We may update this policy as new abuse patterns emerge. Continued use of SimplePeek after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
